I could have give minus star rating if it was an option for privilege home insurance.Had renewal notice came through and threaten me that if i cancel the policy, other insurers may refuse to cover my property all together.



Cust service is worst.They will not issue no claim certificate for inappropriate and manufactured reasons.



To sum up, AVOID PRIVILEGE, RBS , DIRECT LINE AT ANY COST. EVEN THEIR QUOTE COMES CHEAP.
