I am a policy holder and our house got burguled in october 09, privilege is a part of direct line or the other way around, i tell u that they are the people who are very hard to deal with.



when we got burguled, we come to knw that aterwards the burguler gained the entry from the rear window, these people have't even repaired the window by tonite 01:34 a.m 10-03-10.



long story short pls if u need some cover go to some big insurance company who have v.good repo. and also read the customer review.
