“I normally use main stream agents for my holiday...”

I normally use main stream agents for my holiday bookings but was prompted to use e-shores after recommendation by a friend. I was put off by the web site advertising luxury tailor made holidays when I wanted a family villa holiday.

I need not have worried.

My agent was most impressive going out of his way to find out exactly what we wanted and then sourcing a holiday at a price we were unable to match elsewhere. Customer service was second to none- every minor deatail was sorted and I was rung just before the holiday to make sure everything was in order.

I cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely use again.
