Good Points
Newish car

Bad Points
Long wait at airport and office isn't on airport grounds as they'd have you believe.
Long wait at office for car - no apparent queueing system.
Car not ready.
Charged for a full tank of fuel at double the price it actually costs to fill the tank.

General Comments
We rented from hiper car rental in Menorca and what a shoddy service! Total disorganisation, indifference and a bunch of rip off merchants. Don't bother!
