General Comments
I bought the Hammerite Metalmaster Electrostatic Paint Gun to spray my motorcycle frame. Which i had painstakingly stripped to bare metal over many days, then after seeing advert for metal master on tv, though that was a good idea and spent £40 on the device and £14 for a can of spray. Unusually for me i read the instructions and did everything as they said, even warming the can of spray for a couple of hours. But might as well have not bothered. As already mentioned previously the spray comes out fine at the top of the spray but I found that it came out in gushes and drips at the bottom. It made a very poor job indeed, in fact I think my six year old could have hand-painted the frame better. Not only that it will only paint metallic objects, part of the frame is made of alloy, and I found that it wouldn't adhere to it. I ended up kicking it across the garden. As a result i had to strip the frame again and start again, oh and nearly forgot, in my experience it doesn't really paint all the way around either and it certainly isn't faster. In my opinion a very poor tool.
