A Brassett were very quick at coming out and diagnosed the fault just as quick, plus they are extremely friendly.

General Comments
I am an elderly lady who relies upon my washing machine very much, when it broke down I did not know what to do, then I was given a telephone number which my daughter obtained for me on the internet for A Brassett's I rang them and was told some one could come out the very same day, I was over joyed, an hour later and the engineer was here, he was very quick and efficient, he knew what was wrong with it straight away, he went away to order the spare, I had a telephone call from a lovely young lady, who quoted me the price and who was very helpful. The machine has had it's spare fitted and is working perfectly. I am very grateful to the company and to the politeness used.
