I've been using it more than 10 years without any problem. It has very powerful suctioning. There 2 brushes for the carpet and for the tiles. Even cleaners mentioned that they have never used a vacuum cleaner as good as this one. The only difficulty is to expand the metal poles. It really is wonderful.
