Good Points
Folds away neatly, good value, good quality.

General Comments
I needed some portable speakers for my Walkman phone to play music/radio so both myself and my partner could hear it while out on walks.

The Sony SRS-TP1 Portable Stereo Speakers seemed just the thing. Good value, neatly packs a way, looks good and a decent name.

However, albeit very tinny, my phone speakers actually deliver a louder sound than these Sony ones. I appreciate that the speakers are powered from the mp3 unit/phone itself so I can not expect anything particularly powerful but I was at least expecting it to be louder than my phone!

The reason why I decided to keep them in the end, is that they do improve the quality of the sound. Not ideal but it is not practical to keep buying different types to try out.

It would have been helpful to have read some reviews prior to buying them but I could not find any!
