Do not waste your time or money with this company, they trade on the fact that they can get themselves to number one, but after spending in excess of £15k I was told that after a year they "couldn't" understand why we were not appearing. They then offered another year's free work but asked if they could use less competitive keys words. Wanting to try and get some money back I agreed, and after another year no one of the key words are appearing on the first page. Wish I had never come across this incompetent company.
