Good Points
Time-saving, better overall results than conventional iron
Bad Points
Power & steam cord problems - flex gets bent through use and with the high temp water flowing next to it causes cabling to 'weaken' - meaning you get water but no power to the iron plate. Very disappointing given the Tefal brand expectation and known effect of the design.
General Comments
Tefal will only repair the item if you send it to them! No 'high street' service centres across the country will service it for you! Also, Tefal will not send you a replacement cable set so that you can keep the £200 product you've already bought and have many more years of use for a fraction of the cost of a replacement item.
Guess that's how these companies make their money.
