Good Points
Cougar Extreme was fast (they delivered our PC in less than a week) and the buying process was extremely easy. >When we had minor issues (we ordered an internal card reader and got a 3.5" floppy drive instead) they were super-polite and quick to resolve the situation. Both times we rang, the phone was answered promptly by a live human who helped us and actually followed through with the fix (sending the card reader and sending an invoice, respectively). Everything else about the system set-up was perfect, which was a relief after hearing about some companies that install something different from what you order.

Bad Points
Obviously, giving us a 3.5" floppy drive (do people still use those?) instead of the card reader we requested was a bad point, although they took our word for it when we called and the situation was resolved quickly. However, if we didn't know someone who could install the card reader, we would have had to go through the process of sending the tower back to Cougar - that would have been a pain. I don't know how they could have overlooked something like this; don't they visually check the tower before sending it out?

General Comments
After checking out a lot of custom PC companies doing business on the Internet, Cougar Extreme was the only one we found that was recommended by most people.
