I found renting a TomTom Sat nav from Zintech to be very easy and good value for money.

I wanted to ensure I has a SatNav as soon as I arrived in Sydney and the car hire firn could not guarantee having one available. I received the satnav in the post from Zintech 2 days before I left and checked it all worked. On arrival in Sydney I picked up the hire vehicle and used the Sat Nav every day of our 3 week trip. It was invaluable for finding nearest petrol station, places to eat, places to stay as well as getting us to points of interest.

On returning to the UK I posted the SatNav back using the post bag provided and within a short time received confirmation email that it had arrived in good condition.

If you are going to Australia a SatNav is invaluable and Zintech provide a good friendly service.
