Good Points
Big Mouth Media staff are very friendly and personable, and well organised. Some of the older staff are very knowledgeable.

Bad Points
Staff turnover at Big Mouth Media is very high, my account manager changed three times in eight months, and each one kept telling me different things.

Big Mouth Media seemed very, very expensive, and the service didn't seem as good as u would get at a smaller agency as they have so many clients. I did have to kick up a fuss and threaten to leave, but eventually got what I wanted.

General Comments
Not a terrible service, but their linkbuilding didn't seem to work that well, as results were just not there after the 8 months I was with them.

I'm now with another much smaller agency for the same fee and seeing much better results.

If you are a big company then they will probably be very good for u. If you are an SME, you might find something else suits your needs more.
