Bought a pair of men's LEATHER fashion boots online. Received them in only two days, which was great, but when I opened the box, I discovered the boots were not leather, as advertised, but rather were completely man-made materials. This is clearly a BAIT and SWITCH technique, which is illegal. I would never have bouth the boots had I known they were PVC/vinyl/plastic or whatever.

Worst of all, there is no telephone number for them anywhere!
