i puchased a football shirt from sportsdirect.com a week ago and still awaiting delivery of the item customer service are absolute rubbish can never get through on hold for 3/4 of an hour to be cut off, several times, i was lucky enough to pay with paypal so will claim money back as it was a birthday present.

1 star for customer service as can never get through

5 star for quality as it looks quite good i suppose

3 stars for value as it is cheap as long as you dont like a very long wait

certainly wouldnt recommend to anyone if you want something i would recommend going into one of their shops.
