Ordered two bikes with saturday delivery, came on time, however after assembling the bikes, the ladies one came with a puncture in the front inner tube of the front tyre and the front wheel is also severly buckled, making it unable to be ridden. The mans bike also came with a slightly less severs buckled front wheel. Completely unsatisfied with customer services, emailed them twice about the problem and they say they will get back in roughly 5 working days, which is know good as i was needing these bikes for the weekend of 25th and 26th sept. Have yet to find a customer service contact number and i assume i will have to pay to return these items which will be costly and time consumming. I will not be ordering from them again.
