This channel may sell jewellery cheap but customer service and aftercare are a disgrace.I bought a ring last year and the main stone was falling to bits within 2 months. When inspected by their jewellers they said it was impact damge( a very general comment considering there was no other damage), I asked for a more detailed report, this never arrived. Eventually i gave in and paid for the repair just to have the matter finished with. It has been over a month since payment and i still don't have the ring back.

The customer service dept never calll back, i am not a stupid and the damage to the stone was in my opinion due to a poor quality stone, but you can't explain this to the girls on the phone......

I would not buy from them again, spend a little extra for quality!
