General Comments
We got our Samsung RS21 Fridge Freezer repaired 3 weeks ago and its gone again. With our first baby on the way in 3 weeks contacted them again and were told NO chance of replacement, will be contacted within 48 hours for repair this 96 working hours ago. We have contacted the consumer rights authority here in Ireland and they have told us to file with the small claims court here. It costs ' 9 per claim and the court does the rest on our behalf. Will update on what happens.
