Mine was totally unreliable.

General Comments
My Samsung RS21 Fridge Freezer worked ok for twelve months then the fun started, freezer packed up and it took five weeks to get it repaired, three weeks later the fridge packed up another three weeks to get it fixed, worked for one week then broke again and it sounds like someone useing a hammer drill in your kitchen. After sales service from Samsung well there was none.
