Couldn't possibly be more dissatisfied. Literally the worst online shopping experience I've ever had, in over a decade of online purchasing.
Sports Direct / Field n Trek have no phone number listed anywhere on any of their websites, it is impossible to contact them.
Your order will be accepted, and then at least 24 hours later they will check to see if they have the item in stock. If they don't, they'll cancel your order. No attempt to contact you, no offer of a substitution, just simply an automated email stating your order has been cancelled.
I'm livid. I paid for next day delivery because my order was urgent. I tried three seperate times for three seperate items and all were cancelled after a day or two. I now find myself going to another country, to brave incredibly cold and hazardous weather, without the necessary equipment.
