Good Points
Looks nice plenty of room, and we have all started drinking lots more water

Very unreliable.

General Comments
Our Samsung RS21 fridge freezer broke down once whilst still under the 2 year warranty, it was the usual problem that is reported with this model the insulation panel wes replaced, it started making the noise again just over a year later, and after researching the problem I swithched of the fridge freezer for 48 hours and low and behold it worked fine for a while 6 months later I repeated the process again, its gone wrong again the water resevoir has frozen and 3 days after that the fridge temperature went up and was registering 16 I switched it off again for 48 hours and it has worked for 3 days before completely icing up again. I would not recommend this fridge to any one. Good job I still have an 23 year old zannussi in my utility room to fall back on.
