I made a purchase on sportsdirect.com and spent enough money to qualiy for free delivery but chose to purchase 24hr delivery as I wanted to guarentee arrival this week. My order did not arrive within 24hr much to my dissapointment :( so I emailed them twice, as like others on this page couldn't find a contact telephone number, no replies to emails :( a day later, still no reply or items, but then I managed to find the telephone number to their head office :)

I got through very quickly to a very helpul lady, who apologised, advised me that my order has been dispatched and is with DHL and gave me a tracking number!! She also offered to refund my delivery charge :) products are an absolute bargain, just a sham that they can't deliver on everything that they promise.
