We read all the reviews and bought an iJumpUSA olympus pro trampoline online. We have had nothing but problems with it, and their customer service is terrible. They won't fix anything that is wrong with the trampoline. It is supose to hold someone up to 250 lbs, and I am only 140 and my husband is 160. Everytime we jump or our 16 year old our feet or our butts hit the poles underneath. They said the mat was fine and didn't believe even the photos I sent them. The mat fell apart after 2 weeks, and the list goes on. They wouldn't refund our money, unless we paid $500 to ship it back to them, and wouldn't replace it.
