Bad Points
I purchased it during Xmas and there were shipping delays that weren't their fault but they kept me informed so I was appreciative.

General Comments
I am a mother of 6 kids and recently purchased a trampoline from this company and all I can say is wow! I jumped on it with my kids for hours. We got the 10x17 and that thing can handle the weight capacity. My body right now aches so bad like I never ached before. It aches in places that I can't imagine. My kids, nieces and nephews are on it like everyday. Before my kids would be on the TV playing games all day. I'm just soooo glad I got it. This is a blessing to our family. If I knew what kinda benefit this is, I'll pay $10,000 for this unit if I had to do it again. I am a forever fan of ijumpusa. Thank you guys!!! I love U4ever!!!!!!!!!!
