Bought camera systems off Y3K. Very good on price and quality. BUT there customer service and tech support is an absolute joke. Sent back a faulty DVR, which they "repaired" - started having the same problems again a few months later. Sent it back again and was promised a brand new DVR - 3 weeks later I recevied back the same DVR. When I have this problem sorted, if I ever do, I will never deal with Y3K again.
