Good Points
Attractive-looking, slim phone. Lots of features and a good camera.

Bad Points
Let down by going faulty after only a short period of use.

General Comments
The Samsung Soul is a nice-looking phone, which I got as an up-grade for my Samsung J700. However, after only a few uses, the central touch-screen navigation has failed and I can't scroll down or to the right, so it will have to be returned. I remember having the same problem with a previous Samsung mobile (not the J700), which I had to return. I would have hoped they'd got this problem sorted.
