Internet banking very flakey, often unavailable at weekends/overnight.
General Comments
They have just changed their security system for logging in and thousands of business customers have been locked out of online access to their accounts. There are waits of at least 25 minutes to speak to someone on the phone even just to get a balance and details of recent transactions.
