Used to be fairly good but now that they moved to a Indian call centre they're totally useless.
The last time I rang up it took 20 minutes before I could understand which letters the operator was asking me for my security code.
After that he read four of my recent transactions which mostly totally gibberish and he couldn't understand the fact that on-line shops use different people to process on-line transactions so you won't have heard of the companies.
The only reason why I rang them up is because they over reacted on brief spending spree and blocked a transaction.
This should have taken five minutes to clear up not the forty minutes saying pardon can you say that slowly please repeat then repeat again.
Do not use this company whatever you do.
