Ordered my goods (2 pairs undershorts & some normal shorts), all items were in stock. Email confirmation said my items would be with me within 3-5 working days but that an email would be sent on dispatch. On the 6th day I rang them as nothing had arrived & I had not received an email confirming dispatch. I was told that the items had been allocated to me but just had not been sent out. They offered to send the items out via Next Day Delivery. This is my first, and last, time ordering from this company. Although the website looks first class, the customer service and delivery times are uncomparable to other shops. I will not be recommending them to my friends/team mates.
