I am no longer waiting, as I have at last received a refund. This company is fine as long as you don't have a problem, or, in my instance, my order failed to turn up. The Manager/Director really needs to go on a 'customer relations'course; her attitude to her customers has been appalling. After much correspondence, where it was all my fault! she unbelievably raised the suggestion that I may be acting in a fraudulent manner! It was then I sought legal advice and was going to issue a court order. Many stories were fabricated, including the last where I was being accused of failing to pick up the package. I called into my sorting office and they have no record of this at all. Why would they? The swimsuits can be passed through the letterbox as normal mail (it does not require a signature)and I have since received one from another company (via the letter box)without problems!
