Poor customer services.
I purchased a car from Carcraft. They did not tell me that the guarantee was only valid for repairs up to £300 until after they had my deposit. They then refused to let me have my deposit back. They could not give me the MOT certificate at the point of sale and said they would post it to me. After chasing this, I finally received it and found that the car needs some work doing on it.
Am getting nowhere with their complaints department.
