The customer service is unbelievable. Having raised concerns with problems when using it on line; I put my details in verify the purchase an authorisation number given and they have no trace of this. You would think when raising this as a security issue there might be some level of concern, well you would be wrong. Just told to call next time it doesn't work. In the mean time all my details are some where on the world wide web ! My advice please be careful when using your card online.
