After making three ,very satisfactory, Basic White loaves the machine,using ingredients from same source,failed to mix properly and bread failed to rise.I made two further attempts but with same disappointing results.
I returned the machine to my local Debenham store in Cork (which gave excellent service) and obtained a replacement.
The first loaf was perfect but to my utter dismay the second loaf followed the failed results of the first machine and failed to mix properly or rise.
Third machine lucky?I dont think so.
