I've owned a Panasonic 253 since 2002 and haven't bought supermarket bread since then. I make wholemeal bread, pizza dough, raisin bread, the occasional white loaf and have just started using spelt flour- 200 grams spelt, 100 grams white and 100 grams wholemeal, with 1/4 teaspoon vit. C powder, and makes a fabulous and tasty loaf.
