What a shower. The "customer service" experience involved being told to stop talking, told that today was Tuesday when it was Wednesday, given two different phone numbers to call, neither of which was right, calling again was given another number for Barclays Bank and then transferred over to goodness knows where to a lady that struggled to understand me. Obviously, I have only had an account with these people for about 20 years and should not expect them to be able to help me in any way or exhibit any meaningful shreds of professionalism.
I will take great delight in transferring my account elsewhere.
