General Comments
On sign up to Virgin bingo Online I was supposed to get 20 free games with a promotional code I found in an advert in a magazine. I got 0.20p! emailed them & they said I had to activate with my welcome email but Id already done this an told them. They replied that I had to register my details so I did that, still no free cards! I emailed again and they said that they had technical problems and I should get the promotion in a few days. A week has now passed since that email and I still have no promotion bonus. I give up! Why would I deposit any money on this site when they cannot even sort out their promotional 'try our site' bonuses?
