i have brought a car from arnold clark in oldbury and they have been nothing but terrible with me,since november my car had a new head gasket,4 buckled alloys,ticking noise the they cannot fix,parking sensor problems and the roof has to have lube every few months as its a hard top soft top.

i can never get through to their service department and the manager told me i should personally take my car to them even tho i work long shifts

the garage they use cannot fix my car as they only deal with fiat so now it has to go to another garage and i have to pay!!!!

advice to anyone going there i wouldnt bother.
