General Comments
G12 phantom silenced 410 is definitely built to a price but thats no bad thing .
Light weight plastic stock and a full length shrouded & silenced barrel .Weighs about 5.5lb , 45" long + 14" reach to trigger .
Tried both this and the Baikal hushpower . The Baikal is definitely better built but is longer, more front heavy and more expensive .After looking at both I prefered the G12 .
The G12 is very easy to shoot ,Its 1 of those guns that just feels right. It will take upto a 3" magnum cartridge . Tried 2" , 2.5" + 3" HV and theres not much difference in the sound. In open fields its like an unsilenced spring airgun. Bit noisier around buildings but still very quiet .
The bits I dont like : The bolt handle is plastic but feels does feel strong enough to last , the metal finish is not the best (like crossman bluing) .
Took it down the farm and had 2 woodys and 3 large rats .Used 2" cartridges and it stoned em at 20 yrd .
Its a cheep and cheerful little gun but I love it.
