What Can I say I am in the middle of the worst administrative nightmare. It has been a month since I first telelephoned HABITAT's customer services line to request pick up of a MARCELLO wooden bench (£250.00) which we do not want. I eventually spoke to a "Manager" who said there was but 1 person dealing with all returns queries in the furniture department (from online orders) and they were going to employ 22 new people on Monday. Here I am waiting a call back. I have emailed, called (20 minutes on average wait time to actually speak to somebody) and I am now considering wriging to Capital Letters at the Guardian to help. I have other furniture due for delivery soon that are now not able to fit into my house!
