ordered free sim through lebara site. Received in 2 days. Good delivery. Called customer care to activate and top-up the online. Customer care told that the SIM card number is not lebera number. Tried the same number in online. No luck. Number is 07435287915. Received with lebera letter and sim card pack. But, that is not their number, as per customer care and online.

Worst service and experience in my life time.

Considering the 1p offer now, I have to go to shop to find a new SIM card. If same issue comes again, let throw off lebera.
