Pathetic, horrible customer service. DO NOT use their online shopping. They shipped 6 wine glasses and 8 tumblers, each wrapped only in tissue with no padding. All but 3 were smashed, and they sent all varieties of colours instead of the colours I ordered. They made me send photographs as proof of the damage before they would issue a refund, which I did the same day. I was told I would have my refund w/in a week. 21 days later, they still ignore every email. When I call they tell me it's 'pending'.
To make this even more outrageous, they also 'dispatched' the order twice -- meaning they charged me twice but shiped only once! I cannot get anyone to respond to that either.
I am going to blog everywhere I can to ensure other shoppers can be spared.
In the meantime, these idiots still owe me money. £120 is a lot to pay for a box of smashed glass.
