Good Points
The Panasonic PVDV203 is nice and friendly. carries all features you want and much more.

Bad Points
software sucks

General Comments
Great toy. To the point you connect it to your PC and use their "View Manager" etc software. Good luck figuring out how to convert your shot to a jpeg. You'll face lots of surprises starting with look and feel of their software design...

Anyway, the camcorder is co-o-o-l! Software sucks.
