worst customer service, since day one when we came to viewed the house, Bellway Homes look down on you whether how you dress,look and ethnic, straight after buying the house they do not care about anything that goes wrong. They did not tell us that we had 48hours after checking the house for scratches if we seen more we can get it fixed, our taps were stuck down by bluetack and nothing could of been done as we changed them ourselfs, so we thought until the bellway inspector came and said that we should of got it changed. Sliding doors, shower heads, toilets, gas cooker, just some of the things that have been wrong. We have a problem just recently and they said to us that our warranty is nearly up? but we still had a few months to go so they tried not to fix it.
