Bad Points
Their web-ui is not the best however I only ever use it with Thunderbird so I do not notice this at all.

General Comments
Easily integrates with thunderbird (or your email client of choice). I've never experienced any downtime. Plenty of storage.

If you are looking for a decent server to use with your 3rd party client I would highly recommend. If you are looking for a great web interface, perhaps gmail would suit you better?
