Good Points
I'm not getting a lot of spam with gmx e-mail and I really want to like it.

General Comments
I have personally found it very difficult to contact GMX for tech support.

Suddenly I can't see the subject line in my inbox and even if I move the line at the top over so that I can see the subject in about a minute it closed up again. Very annoying. I will probably switch to another web based e-mail service because of this and not being able to get help.

Problematic to get used to. Links in the e-mails open up behind the e-mail but after getting used to it I can deal with that but not the missing subject line in the inbox issue.
