“Maritim Hotel Galatzo, Pegueras, Mallorca”

Had difficulty finding our private transfer at Mallorca airport - need more instructions to get to desk (no one was waiting with name sign). Private transfer was in a 50-seat coach just for the 4 of us. Taxi on way back.
Greeted at hotel with champagne and waited for rooms to be ready on terrace. Helpful staff. Lots of difficult steps to reach room and long walk to main building and pools. Nice room and bathroom with sea view. Breakfast buffet good, dinner buffet got a bit monotonous but food generally of good quality. Tried other restaurant - was hit and miss (2 good meals 2 poor) no concession for missing buffet.
Free courtesy bus several times a day to Pegueras.
Would have liked to know before purchase that the accessibility was so poor for those with walking difficulties. Complained about very noisy conference group who partied until 3.30am but it was only once. Live music normally finished at 10.30pm.
Loved the lower pool and Bali bed.
All in all a good holiday and a lovely rest with super gentle October sunshine every day.
