“Car repair after accident st Lemington Branch”

I have a mobilty car and it was hit by unknow at the moment driver in Oxford while I was attending an hospital appointment. I reported it when I got home to my insurance who gave me details of Nationwide repair centre at Leamington. They rang me later that evening and they came out and picked the car the day after. They bought a courtesey car which was brand new, they knew how important the car was to myself because I have to attend hospital quite a lot. The gentleman that bought it out was really nice and polite and explained everything really well, we had a number to ring to inquire what was happeneing to the car. I had regular text telling me what was happening with the car and a week later they rang to say the car was finished. The same gentleman bought the car back, told us what had been done and they had made an excellent job, it looked has good has when we picked it up new. They gave us a print out of what had been done and the name of the gentleman who had signed it off. This is our first experiance of an accident repair and it was so straight forward, would definately recomend them to friends and family should they have the misfortune to be in this position, thank you Nationwide at Lemington
