“HORRIBLE! NO REFUNDS!”

NEVER BUY FROM VIVIDSEATS! I bought 2 tickets online and they were supposed to be sent via UPS when the concert was the next day. They got my delivery address wrong. I called immediately after purchasing the tickets after realizing so to try and update my address, was on hold for over 30 minutes. I tried the chat with a representative option 4 times, never received any help. I called again, was on hold for 30 more minutes. I never spoke with anyone. Then I get an email and I got my UPS tracking number so I called UPS since the tickets were out of vividseats hands and on route with UPS and I couldn't reach anyone at vividseats. UPS updated my address no problem. Then I get an email from vividseats saying they have cancelled the delivery because I changed the address. Ridiculous. I then try and call vidiseats again, on hold 15 minutes, finally I speak with someone and explain I tried to change my address. They wanted me to pay a $52 fee to change my address. Vividseats is greedy. The guy I spoke with on the phone at vividseats actually said to me, "Well you should have been more patient with us." Unbelievable. I was trying to call vividseats for over an hour. I did the chat option 4 times! No response until the very next day when they canceled the delivery of my tickets. There was also no guarantee that if I did pay the $52 that I would get the tickets. VIVIDSEATS stop doing mail delivery of tickets when concert is next day or within the week. Clearly you cannot handle calls or chats. And this is the 20th century, do etickets for goodness sake. So I didn't get to go to the concert. I even went to the venue to talk with customer service to see if they could do anything. Come to find out, SEVERAL VENUES WILL NOT DEAL WITH VIVIDSEAT TICKETS BECUASE OF THIS REOCCURING PROBLEM. I would like a full refund, but that's probably never going to happen. NEVER USE VIVIDSEATS. NEVER RECOMMNED VIVIDSEATS TO ANYONE. STAY AWAY. Go with TICKETMASTER! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.
