Budget is the worst for customer service. This is the second and last time. Last time we ended up not waiting and rented from hertz. The line wait is over 45 minutes. They know how many cars are being rented yet do not have enough staff to handle. Their customers. Bad enough that you have to wait but I called customer service to ask him a question I was not rude but he hung the phone up on me because I asked him what we could do to get better service. Will never make a reservation with budget again. Still in line waiting for my car so can’t tell you about the condition. It has been an 45 minutes at this point and still not near the counter.
