“Disgusting service from all departments ”

Having had a member of starplan visit our home to measure up we were told they could not facilitate furniture we required as it needed to be made to measure this was not what was stated on the phone

We then asked for them to measure a room and told them a wardrobe was needed to go into a bedroom free standing but needed to be of a certain height as to fit in properly,

What a mistake we made using this company they are totally incompetent at measuring and now we have a wardrobe which they will not remove taking up majority of my sons bedroom , what terrible service from start to finish , will definitely not be using or recommending to anyone ever again ...
